Training Sessions

Our sessions are based  at Willesden Sports Centre, every Tuesday from 7-9pm, focusing mainly on running and swimming, with some practical advice on cycling and triathlon transitions.


Train for an event, meet like-minded people interested in triathlon or come along just to get in shape!

Email us to sign up for sessions or with any questions. Our friendly membership officer Lucy can then let the coaches and club members know you’re coming.

Session costs for Tuesday (swim/run) sessions:

Per session – £10

Bulk discounts for sessions:
5 sessions – £45 – (£9 per session)
10 sessions – £80 – (£8 per session)

Non-members are welcome to attend two sessions before joining the club at £35 annually and your first session is free!

Members also meet frequently for weekend rides, runs and swims all over London and beyond. By joining the club, you’ll have access to our members’ pages and social media groups to find out more.

How to train when you’re not training with us?

And its not just training… our club social is held the last Tuesday of each month. We meet at a range of venues all over North West London so join up so you can join us!
