Who we are

This is the website of Willesden Triathlon Club, a triathlon club based in North West London. Our website address is: https://willesdentriathlon.co.uk.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

If you fill in the form on our contact page your contact information is sent to the membership secretary so that they can email you the information you have asked for. We keep this information for a year so that we have a record of the level of interest in the club.

If you choose to come to a trial session and fill in the personal details form, this is accessible to our coaches. This is important for your safety in training sessions, so that our coaches are aware of and can access emergency contact details and know about any medical conditions that might be important. If a coach no longer coaches for the club, they no longer have access to this information.

If you leave the club we will delete your personal information. This means that if you leave the club and then rejoin you might be asked to fill it in again.

We use Google Drive to store this information. View the Google privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
